*Ensure that every child participates in class during lessons. Get your pupils to be active during lessons. Use formative assessments, discussions, group work, hands-on practical activities and flipped classroom. Get students engaged from the beginning of the lesson till the end.
*Effective communication is a key skill. Master it. Understand the key words in teaching and learning. Show the right body language. Speak with a level of language that your learner's can understand.
*Notice everything that happens in your classroom; keep anecdotal records and maintain students portfolios. Notice new habits, withdrawals, onset of sickness and other challenges of your students. Celebrate milestones achieved.
